Job Title: Laravel Developer

Office Hours: 11 PM - 8 PM
Weekend: Friday (subject to change by the office)
What We Are Looking For
Core Expertise:
Strong back-end development experience with Laravel and raw PHP.
Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and Ajax.
Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs using PHP and Laravel.
Proficiency in database design with the ability to write efficient and optimized queries for both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Frontend Knowledge:
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus.
Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Application Design:
Strong understanding of MVC design patterns and architectural patterns for scalable, maintainable applications.
Proven ability to design and deploy applications on Cpanel, AWS, or other live server environments.
Project Delivery:
Capability to complete existing projects and develop custom solutions such as eCommerce platforms, blogs, payment gateways, SMS integration, and management systems.
Additional Requirements
Version Control: Advanced proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows.
Testing: Familiarity with frameworks like PHP Unit and approaches like TDD and BDD.
DevOps & Cloud Services: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Security: Strong knowledge of web security best practices to mitigate vulnerabilities like SQL injection, XSS, etc.
Bonus Information
Probation Period: No festival bonus during this time. Exceptional performance may qualify for task or project completion bonuses.
